For starters all of the flavours are excellent, vanilla being my personal favourite. If it's possible to look forward to a supplement I did so with this. It proved the perfect high-calorie addition to my diet during my bulking phase, working ... ...meal replacement.
It is also very reasonably priced, and can be brought in several different sizes. I paid little over £18 for the smallest and it will last a fornight if used only for postworkout nutrition.
On the downside, as with all weight gainers, if used too liberally the weight gained may not be desired. I myself put weight on very easily, and I regret to admit I gained a lot of fat on my first few cycles as I used it several ... more

For starters all of the flavours are excellent, vanilla being my personal favourite. If it's possible to look forward to a supplement I did so with this. It proved the perfect high-calorie addition to my diet during my bulking phase, working equally well as a dessert subsititute, post workout drink and meal replacement. It is also very reasonably priced, and can be brought in several different sizes. I paid little over £18 for the smallest and it will last a fornight if used only for postworkout nutrition. On the downside, as with all weight gainers, if used too liberally the weight gained may not be desired. I myself put weight on very easily, and I regret to admit I gained a lot of fat on my first few cycles as I used it several times throughout the day. That's not to say hardgainers won't be pleased with this. Also the taste can become sickly if used too often but that can be said of almost any supplement. On the whole, this is an excellent meal replacement shake and should be a staple for anyone looking to add weight over the long term and wanting to retain it. I know a lot of rugby players who use this during the off season to get that extra bulk before they start preseason and I've never heard one complain. A very good product.
