I honestly thought once I'd bleached or coloured my hair blonde the only way to remove those yellowy and brassy tones was to keep going over it. I've never been lucky enough to get an even colour when I've used platinum blonde hair colour, which has really frustrated me and I'd used loads of treatments to help keep blonde hair blonde. * My Dilemma * For my birthday I decided to treat myself to some professional (and very expensive) salon highlights. As it was a full head I effectively went blonde, which is what I wanted. However, after the bleaching process the toner which was used to make it into a more natural, golden blonde colour didn't really work - I had white-ish blonde hair - yikes!
