I got my Psion Revo Plus about 18 months ago a mate got it for me at cost price (so I can’t tell you how much I paid).
I use my Psion all the time including in the car. I have Route Planner Millennium Europe on it, so if ever I get lost (which I often do) I can look it up! I wish it had a backlight though because I end up trying to see the screen angling it towards the interior light in my car.I also use it for doing my sms text messages through the infrared (using my Ericsson t39 phone) which is quicker than using the keypad on my phone and also I can store more messages on my Psion than I can on my phone.
Also I surf the internet on it again using the infrared and my Ericsson. Even though it is a little slow!I like the Contacts book on the Psion as well because it is easy to update. The phone programme is also good because I backup my mobile phone contacts into it so if I change my sim card I can easily send the information back to it.
It has a built in calculator but then again what hasn’t!It has a jotter which is good but I never use it that much!
But I find there are lots of games and software on the market for the Psion, also freeware and shareware.I find the battery goes flat quite quick probably because I like playing cascade on it! But I end up charging it up nearly every night!
I would have to recommend the Psion as a good PDA with a nice keyboard.
