Advantages: Lovely taste, Serious health benefits, A healthy fizzy drink! Disadvantages: Seriously overpriced, hard to find!
...tastes wonderful.
.:Health Benefits:.
Purdey's contains a plant extract called Prickly Ash, which gets its name, from the 1.5cm long prickles it bears on its branches of the plant. Accordingly. And apparently this is very healthy. And the drink is packed with other vitamins and minerals too, so yes, it's true! a REAL healthy fizzy drink!
.:Value:.
The drinks are unbelievably expensive. They should at least make litre bottles so you can have some ... ...price to at least something like 79p... It's the same capacity as a can of coca-cola, and a can of coke is 50p. I'd be much mroe tempted to buy it if it was lower in price and that supermarkets put them in the chillers. I have only seen them on shelves, and top shelves at that. Theres no value here, but the drink has benefits, and it tastes lovely!
.:Packaging:.
On of the throw offs was the packaging. I like to know what i am about to drink, and ...

A sucker for a bottle Review ofPurdey's Active Life Multivitamin Fruit Drinkby
Morgenhund
Advantages: contains loads of vitamins, pleasantish taste, not too carbonated Disadvantages: bottle too small to quench thirst, not that good value for money
I first came across Purdey’s Multivitamin Fruit Drink whilst wandering through London in late July, on a stiflingly hot day. Popping into a convenience store I saw a metallic effect bottle, which with a minimalist design looked far more appealing than most of the run of the mill drinks in the shop – even though its price tag (IIRC GBP1.10) was not as reasonable as say a bottle of mineral water, although the idea that it was a fruit flavoured drink ... ...juice from concentrate – i.e. not pure fruit juice and this is mixed with a sparkling mineral water and there are added botanicals (similar concept to the presence of botanicals in Bombay Sapphire Gin) in the drink, although the botanicals do not really influence the flavour of the drink. The taste of apple and grape is somewhat reminiscent of that doyen of the 80s dinner party (cringe!) Schlöer grape juice - with the grape taste being more predominant ...

Advantages: Gives a kick when you need it Disadvantages: Can be expensive
...me a free bottle of Purdey's Multivitamin Fruit Drink. I had previously seen this in the shops but I had never worked up sufficient temptation to buy it for reasons which I will go into later, but, not being one to ever look a gift horse in the mouth, I took it and this is an account of my experiences.
Purdey's Multivitamin Fruit Drink is basically designed to be a caffeine free and herbal based alternative to give you a natural kick in the day ... ...sleeve is then emblazoned with Purdey's in thin blue letters and is also marked with the company logo which is circular and blue and white. The bottle then has a brief description of the drink on it which basically promises to help you feel immediately fresh and revived.

Advantages: works well, no side effects Disadvantages: can be hard to get hold of as not often stocked in normal shops
...There are two types of purdey's one that comes in a gold bottle and one in a silver. The silver one is rejuvenation and I am not sure what the gold one is called but I think it might active body.
The silver one is currently on special offer in Hollands and Barrett two for the price of one. One normally costs £1.34.
This was recommended by my sister as I had a had a virus and was feeling a bit tired and needed a boost. Normally I would choose lucozade ... ...she uses it if she has a hangover.
It is very effective you feel more alert and less tired about 30 minutes after drinking it but unlike some energy drinks it does not make you feel buzzy or give you palpitations or last so long that you can't sleep at night. Lasts about 3 hours.
I quite like the taste it is sort of like fizzy grape juice but does not have a very strong taste and is not sugary tasting. It has herbs including ginseng and something ...
