Pure Profile is a survey site with a difference…it's pretty much a search in reverse. You tell them what you are interested in and they search out the criteria for you and then you can search through their site to earn money. Sounds a little complicated but trust me it's really very simple.
I get sent about 2 to 3 emails per week (occasionally more) and you usually get paid 40p per email. 40p may not be much but the task literally takes a few seconds and the more regularly you respond the more frequent the emails become and the money eventually starts to top up.
~~~ A Typical Survey ~~~
After you follow the email link, you are taken to one of the funky Pure Profile surveys. You then have to make 2 selections of products you may be interested in…for example in one column you can select mp3 players and in the other you can click car insurance. (You can also make your own search if none their products listed interest you).
You then click the next arrow and you are taken to a list of websites relating to the first product. Click one of these and you are transferred to that website. After having a look around, you can then close the webpage and go back to Pure Profile. You then repeat the previous steps but with the second category you selected.
You are then awarded 40p. Sometimes I have been awarded £1 but it varies. The majority of the time it is 40p…but for literally a minute's work and 5 mouse clicks….who cares? It all add up!
~~~ Other Surveys ~~~
I have also been sent other surveys just asking my general opinion about various topics (such as the World Cup) but do not appear to be as regular.
~~~ Pure Profile Status ~~~
Other feature of Pure Profile which I like is their "Status" programme. You can either be Bronze, Silver or Gold. In order to get a Gold status you must perform 4 monthly searches, respond to 40% of their surveys, up date your profile each 60 days. You also get the added bonus of being able to withdraw your money at £20 rather than at £30, which is the case if you are a Bronze member. It does not cost anything to proceed the ranks…it purely depends on how regularly you respond etc. You can see full details of this by clicking the "Status" button on the website.
~~~ Completing your Profile ~~~
When you join it is best to complete your profile…there are around 30 questions. Its quite an interesting profile to fill in….not the typical monotonous "check this box" type that many websites ask you to complete. It's interactive with moving questions and pictures….generally easier on the eye and less boring to complete than other sites.
~~~ Pure Profile ~~~ I really like the design of Pure Profile…the colours are non obtrusive and the text, buttons are clear and easy to use. Your personal account is easily accessible and there all the features such as payments options, delivery options, FAQs. I don't see much point in writing about these individually because they are easily viewable if you decide to join and are extremely easy to navigate.
~~~ Getting Paid ~~~
Once I had earned £25 I requested a cheque to be sent. You can also get vouchers for HMV, Waterstones, Boots, Topshop, Miss Selfridge, Evans, Dorothy Perkins and Wallis, Topman, Burtons or Odeon Cinemas.
About a week after requesting my cheque Pure Profile sent me and email saying it would be quicker for me to give them my account details and then they could pay the money into my account. Bargain! I gave them my account details and was pleased to see that a week later the money was sat there in my bank account.
The customer services have always been helpful to me and I was quite impressed they actually emailed me to tell me how to get my money from them more quickly.
I'm now on my way to earning another £20 and I certainly recommend everyone to persevere with Pure Profile. It's been one of the fastest earning survey sites for me.
