Advantages: Great Detailed Sound, Quality Build Disadvantages: Pricey For What It Is
...when i decided to go big on the home audio, the guy in sevenoaks sold me that this was the cable i wanted and its the best unless you go about 10 times the price.
at £5.50 per metre and £5 per banana plug i thought it seemed a bit of a rip off.
so i upgraded my speakers to the Acousic Energy AElite 2 and a Denon PM700 Amp & Cd Player.
even using cheap cables that cost me about £3 for 10m off ebay it was a vast improvement to my cheap, dated Sony system.
After much discussion with the guys from sevenoaks i decided to get the cables (bought fro Superfi Online - much cheaper).
so 3metres each at £5.50 a metre makes £33 plus 4 banana plugs (at £5 a piece) for each cable makes a grand total of £73 for 6 metres of cable, expensive i know !
took then home and just stuck it in the left hand speaker to start with and stuck on some...

Advantages: quality, crisp sound, great looks, can easily hide away Disadvantages: power output is quite low, needs more mid range
...I bought the sony satelite system about 8 months ago. I did have a sony 5.1 system before but decided to change it as i had just bought a new plasma and wanted a surround system to compliment the looks of the plasma mainly (my tv's piano black as is the dav subwoofer).
I knew the quality of the dav-is 10 was there but when i tested it i thought the power output was quite low but at the price it was the best option for the subtle, cosmetically smart looking surround that i was after.
This system is not a powerful, in your face surround sound. It's a quality sounding, subtle looking crisp system - less powerful than my previous sony..
It looks brilliant with the tiny satelite speakers which really do hide in your room - especially with the skinny sony stands you can buy (70 pounds for the pair - well worth it).

...Ok the Archos MP3 player has loads of features in this review im going to tell you about them and the bad points.
Ok lets get started with the system requirments because we dont want you buying something that is not going to work.
The System Requirments are simple but it's better safe than sorry
For PC's: Pentium 233 MHz or higher, windows 98, SE, ME, 2000. 32 MB RAM (64 recommended). CD-ROM drive w / digital audio extraction support. USB port.
For MAC: MAC OS 8.6 or higher. iMac, G3 or higher. USB Manager virsion 1.2 or higher
Ok system requirments all done now onto the features and my expeirances (good and bad).
