QI: The Book of the Dead - John Mitchinson

I remember from my childhood fascination with Tutankhamun and the world that was Ancient Egypt that, 3000-odd years ago, the Egyptians had a document which they called the Book of the Dead . . . but having never read it, I will just have to wonder whether it was as interesting as one of my Christmas presents, The QI Book of the Dead. I'm a big fan of the Tv series QI , finding great enjoyment in learning something new, and particularly in learning that things I've always assumed to be true, are in fact utterly wrong . For example, the earth has two moons, and there are in fact only 8 planets in the solar system. This adoration of the program has led to me ammassing a selection of related books, with the latest being this book, The Book of The Dead, written by John Lloyd and John Mitchinson.
