I have been looking for a question and answer challenge on here that I have not completed before. Having been on this site for a good few years now I have completed a fair few and am struggling to recognise which ones I have completed and which ones I haven't!! This one I think that I perhaps have not completed, if I have then it would have been a few years ago and so my answers would be totally different now anyway. So if I have completed this before then I apologise and I challenge you to point me in the direction of that review!!!
1.. What is your middle name?
Marie although it was initially intended to be part of my first name (Emma-Marie)….never happened though!
2. How big is your bed?
I have a king sized bed with super king sized duvet and sheets! I am so greedy when it comes to my sleeping space! I have gotton really grouchy about having to share my bed in recent months. My boyfriend seems to have got the hint as he is currently working lots of night shifts!
3. What are you listening to right now?
I am watching and therefore listening to wife swap on television. It is an old episode and I am trying to work out if I have seen it before. I am not really watching it but it is amusing me listening to a woman argue why benefits are the way to go!
4. What are the last 4 digits in your cell phone number?
6809. not a very interesting answer and probably wrong seeing as my memory is awful when it comes to phone numbers…particularly with my own!
5. What was the last thing you ate?
I am home alone tonight, it is Friday and I am tired. Therefore I was a lazy girly and ordered a peparoni pizza. It was very nice but I feel quite sick now from eating so much. Just incase you are interested it had a stuffed crust and I had some BBQ sauce which was very yummy!
6. Last person you hugged?
My boyfriend earlier today. I popped in to see him after school and had a nice warm cuddle :-) He has lost two stone in the last couple of months and it was like cuddling a skinny person! Very strange and puts me to shame! (yet I still went and ordered pizza lol!)
7. How is the weather right now?
I cannot see because it is dark! Actually the dog has been asking to go out for the last 10 minutes so I will let her out and update you………ok it is cold but not raining and unfortunately there is no snow :-( on a separate note - there is now a fox which knows that it most certainly should not be playing with my dogs toys if it doesn't want to be chased and growled at!!
8. Who was the last person you talked to on the phone?
My mummy! She rang to ask how my last day at school went and whether I was feeling better as I have been poorly the last few weeks. She was on the phone for over half an hour which was hard work as I was trying to beat my brother at a computer game and subsequently lost!
9. The first thing you notice about the opposite sex?
Their face and their general appearance (whether they are clean or scruffy etc!) The very next thing that I will check out is their bottom! I like a nice butt!
10. Favourite type of Food?
I love a traditional roast dinner, im not too fussy what the meat is as long as there is nice tender meat, fresh vegetables, roast potatoes and gravy!
11. Do you want children?
Yes. I am now at the age my parents were when they had me and I feel like my biological clock has kicked into action and is telling me at all times to get pregnant. Because of this I had my contraceptive implant fitted back in June but I feel broody all the time at the moment. I want to be able to look after my baby for as much as possible in its first year so I need to build up some money first so that I can take the time off work!! But I am hoping to start thinking about children in about two years time.
12. Hair colour?
Naturally I am a brunette but I currently have random blonde highlights streaked through it. I am contemplating getting some addition red streaks put through it to be festive.
13. Do you wear contacts?
No, I am supposed to wear glasses for reading and that malarkey but I almost always forget. In fact, right now, I couldn't even tell you the location of my glasses as I have no idea!
14. Favourite holiday?
Rhodes 2007. It was the last family holiday that I had with my dad and two brothers and now that everyone is older and moved on with their own relationships I don't expect we will ever have a holiday with just the four of us like that again. It was brilliant fun and the first time we had ever gone all inclusive which was awesome!
15. Favourite Season?
Spring as it is not too hot and not too cold! All the flowers start to come out and baby lambs are born, it is all pretty sweet and exciting!
16. Have you ever cried over a love lost?
Yes too many a time. Usually over people who completely do not deserve it which is a shame! Hopefully one day I will become immune to men!!
17. Last Movie you watched?
The last movie I watched at the cinema was Madagascar 2!!! When it first came out the other week I went to the cinema with my dad and my 9 year old brother. It was so funny and I am sure us adults enjoyed it far more than the children in there! In terms of DVDs I watched road trip the other day as I was feeling poorly and needed something to cheer me up.
18. What books are you reading?
I started Russell Brands book months ago and have some how lost it in the depths of my bedroom. I also started another book by an author I cannot remember and with a title I cannot remember, clearly it didn't make much of an impression on me so I think I may not bother continuing with that one! I ought to read more but I don't seem to get time these days.
19. Piercing?
I had my ears pierced when I was 12 but was never really keen on them. My ears reacted badly everytime earrings went anywhere near my ears so I eventually gave up on them. I still have vague holes in my ears but they have pretty much closed up I think. I still have the scar tissue in the back of my earlobes to remind me that my body does not like being pierced!
20. Favourite Movie?
Misery!! It is just such a brilliant film, I know it off by heart but it still gets my heart pounding everytime!
21. Favourite college football team?
Stupid question so I refuse to answer! Don't like football anyway!
22. What were you doing before filling this out?
Drinking some red wine and watching random rubbish on television before finally stopping on this old version of wifeswap which I still cannot work out whether I have seen before or not! I was also wrapping up Christmas presents earlier in the year.
23. Favourite animal?
I love my dog but when it comes to my favourite animal it has to be an elephant. I have been in love with them since I was a baby and think they are the most beautiful, wonderful creatures in the world!
24. Favourite drink?
In terms of alcohol a nice red wine, and non alcoholic is pepsi max which I seem to drink by the bucketload.
25. Favourite flower?
I like flowers a lot but they do make me sneeze and get all hayfevery so I tend to feel that they are my enemies! However my favourite flower would probably have to be a sunflower as they are big bright and happy looking.
26. Have you ever loved someone?
I think it would be very sad if I had got to 21 years of age and never loved anyone so of course the answer to this question is yes. I have loved lots of people and there are a lot of people that I do still love very much. In terms of romantic love I have loved quite a few people (often misplaced love I must add)
27. Who would you like to see right now?
Father Christmas as I would be very excited!! Although it would also be nice to see my boyfriend as we haven't had much quality time together lately.
28. What colour are your bedroom walls?
Three are a pale pink and one is a bold bright hotpink colour! The skirting boards and dado rail are a pale purple colour. It is quite badly painted as I did it in a drunken moment a couple of years ago and I am not terribly good at DIY at the best of times!
29. Have you ever fired a gun?
Yes but luckily the police never found it…or the body. (Just kidding) although I have fired a gun on holiday at a clay pigeon. I am a total wus though and just the noise alone of a gun scares me!
30. Do you like to travel by plane?
I don't mind, If I was rich and could travel first class then I am sure I would love it, however the cramped seating on most planes is not overly enjoyable. I enjoy going on holiday aboard and flying is a quick and easy way to get there so from that point of view yes. If I had my own personal jet I wouldn't complain either.
31. Right-handed or Left-handed?
Right handed although I can give a good attempt with my left hand….and my feet too!
32. If you could go to any place right now where would you go?
To my bed!! That's sad isn't it!?! But it is cold and late and im tired and thinking that I would love to be tucked up in my bed right now! Saying that, I would also love to be on some beautiful sunny tropical beach sipping a cocktail!
33. Are you missing someone?
Not really! I am quite happy to have time in my own company. If I want to see someone I will see them and right now I am looking forward to a night of piece and quiet!
34. Do you have tattoo?
Nope - cant stand them! I really don't want to be an eighty year old woman with some wrinkled mark that was once a tattoo!!!
35. Do you still watch cartoons on Saturday mornings?
Sunday mornings are my sleeping time. On the rare occasion that I decide to wake up early then it is usually the hollyoaks omnibus that I watch!
36. Are you hiding something from someone right now?
I am hiding offline on MSN and facebook as a friend is trying to get hold of me to talk me to death and I am just too tired to deal with that tonight!
37. Are you 18?
No, I am 21 although it seems like only yesterday that I was 18!
38. What is the wallpaper on your cell phone?
A picture of my dog with her head covered in mud (she dipped her head in the mudiest puddle you could ever imagine so I took a picture and it makes me laugh everytime I see it.
39. Are you afraid of the dark?
Not at all and I strangely never have been. Infact I quite like the dark. I would make a good vampire!
40. Favourite Hangout?
I quite like the peace and quite of having some time at home. After years of depression, an anxiety disorder and panic attacks my house has always been the place I feel safe and can comfortably relax. I have everything just how I like it and it can be quite therapeutic just to curl up on the sofa with a glass of wine and some time to myself.
41. Three things you can't live without?
Number 1 is my family as I need them each and everyday and don't think I could cope without them being there to support me,. Number 2 is my mobile phone - sad I know! It has everything on it and I rely on it several times a day to make arrangements or to keep in contact with the people I care about. The third thing would have to be my car. I cannot stand being dependant on others for transport and the last few weeks I have had to put my car into the garage for some work and it has reminded me just how hard it is to cope without it!
42. Favourite songs?
My taste in songs changes regularly. The other week I was in love with Britney Spears new song "womanizer" but that has quickly passed. There are a few long term favourites of mine which include Eric Claptons "tears in heaven" and Kenny Rogers "Lucille" and "lady" as these are songs that my dad used to always have on full blast of be singing when I was younger and I find them comforting when I hear them now as they remind me of my happy childhood.
-==43. What are you afraid of?== My biggest fear is spiders and I am totally petrified of them. I am quite a wus when it comes to any kind of creepy crawly but spiders are the thing that will have me shaking and screaming if I see one across the room! I am also not very keen on heights or loud noises! Oh and cats terrify me too! I think I have issues!
44. Are you a giver or a taker?
Hehehehe. Ok seriously…I love to give things to make people happy. I think as I have got older I am able to enjoy making other people happy more. I have just been wrapping up Christmas presents and it has made me really excited!!! Although saying that I do still love to receive things, especially when they are a surprise!
45. What are your nicknames?
My parents have called me Moog as a nickname for as long as I can remember. Apparently it was the name of a monster or creature on some programme or in a film or something! Either way I am still quite intrigued as to how I ended up gaining such a nickname!!
46. What is your dad's middle name?
Keith. What a random question!
47. What do you sleep in?
A bed!! Ok if you are talking about clothing then usually slouchy pyjamas of some sort. Soft full length pyjama bottoms and either a tshirt or a vest top depending on the time of year. The one thing for sure is that I always have bare feet as I cannot stand having socks on in bed!
48. Stuck on a deserted island, and can only bring one thing?
My dog. She would entertain me, keep me busy and provide good company. I talk to her as if she is human and enjoy playing games with her. She could also help my hunt for my food, although I am sure she would be pretty rubbish at this!
49. Favourite TV commercial?
I like the Andrex adverts just because the Puppies are cute. I also quite liked the Barclaycard advert with the waterslide and the Belamy Brothers song but that has begun to grate on my now!
50. First thing you'll save in a fire?
Assuming that my family have got out ok I would save the dog. But on the basis that she would probably be able to save herself I would rescue my university folder - the main one which is a collection of evidence that I need to pass my degree. It contains four years of work and is handwritten so if I lost it I would be totally screwed!
51. What is your favourite colour?
Green has been my favourite colour for many years but these days I do tend to sway towards pink. I was never very girly girly when I was little so I am making up for it now!
52. What are the things you always bring with you?
I do not go anywhere without my phone. It is an essential for me as I do not wear a watch and so I use it to know the time as well as for the obvious uses. So this will always be in my handbag alongside my purse (or at least some money) and my keys. I also always make sure I have some antihistamines as I am prone to quite severe allergies and it makes life easier to have them with me.
53. What did you want to be when you were a kid?
I always used to want to be a vet as I grew up with a lot of animals and loved them. I went off this idea once I realised that I wanted to be a teacher. Although the teacher thing has always been at the back of my mind anyway as I spend half my childhood taking pretend registers!
54. What do you do when the alarm turns on?
Roll over and groan, then put it snooze knowing that I will regret it when I am running around like a headless chicken late for work!! The next step is to make a cup of tea as nothing is going to happen untill I have had my caffine infusion!
55. What colour is your bed sheet?
A pretty pink colour as I brought them to match the walls when I painted them. They look very girly and I have some amusing photos of my boyfriend sleeping in them as he looks so out of place!
56. Who do you want to meet?
A kind multi-millionaire who takes pity on me for being a poor skint student and decides to help me out by giving me a couple of million! Alternatively I would like to meet someone who can tell me the winning lottery numbers before it is drawn.
57. What do you think about before you go to bed?
My first thought is usually what haven't I done today that will get my in trouble for tomorrow! This is followed by; did I let the dog back in from the garden? Did I feed the dog? Did I feed the rabbits? Is my alarm set for tomorrow? Have I left anything laying around that the dog will be tempted to chew in the night? And do I have anything suitable to wear tomorrow?!
