The PDA has bluetooth so all I had to do was to purchase a bluetooth GPS receiver and install the SAt Nav softwate (have to buy separately - I use Tomtom as it's awesome). When working the Sat Nav is excellent and the large screen makes it easy to view.
There are two problems with this phone and the first reared its head not long after buying it. That is it tended to crash a lot so that the screen froze and I had to send it back to the manufacturer. Since then it still crashes occasionally, maybe twice a month. It is still no where near as stable an operating system as normal mobiles. The PDa has all the features you could ever need on a phone, incluidng Wifi which is really useful and it has 128mb of internal memroy which is quite large. I have since bought a 2GB SD card which i use to store MP3's. This brings me on to my second flaw, which is the battery life. On normal use, say 2/3 calls a day the batt in standby will last a maximum of 3 days (switching off thru the nite and not using any wifi or other functions. However listening to music for 8 hrs a day nearly totally drains the battery. Thus i am now on the lookout for a slightly smaller PDA/mobile which has a much better batt life, 3 mp camera (to keep up with likes of Sony Ericsson k800i) and a more stable ops system.
All in all I would rate this PDA phone as 7/10 as it does have everything you could poss need in a phone/PDA so long as you can put up with the odd crashing and seemingly forever needing charging.
Advantages: All in one product, easy to use and synch with Win XP. Disadvantages: Almost none, small on screen keyboard.

QTEK offers both tri band phone as well as Windows programs, adapted Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
The PDA is very easy to use for Windows experienced users, drop down menus, running more than one program at a time. Ecxellent RAM memory plus the possibility to add extra memory with the SD card slot.
Synching with a desk top is easier than synhing with Palm.
Screen is sharp even on sunny ...
