I've owned the same Qualcast 35 for 13 years,by choice i probably would not have bought that model but it was bought as a wedding present so it was out of my control. I cant praise this mower highly enough for the service it has given to me. Its a simple little cylinder mower ,powered by a 240 volt electric motor which powers the cutting cylinder via a toothed rubber belt and two plastic gears.A lightweight plastic roller at the rear enables reasonable quality striping. The machine is easy to assemble just four small bolts and two clips to fit the handles and your ready to cut. A light weight machine that could be used by anyone,simple in design with little to go wrong or break. When my machine finally give's up i'll be having another one.
