Gerry Francis has decided to step down as manager of struggling QPR.

Francis will take charge of Rangers'home clash with Barnsley but Loftus
Road bosses will then seek to appoint new manger with immediate effect.

The former Spurs boss will remain at the club in some capacity until the end of the season but will not be in charge of team matters.

Rangers are currently bottom of the Division One table with just four
victories from 30 games. This comes as a blow to the division one club.
Who will be new manager?
