Its probably either the fault of the website of that they claim you aren't suitable/matched to the audience required to answer any of their surveys.

I stopped receiving surveys about 18 months ago and then received no response to any email enquiries. Sorry not to be of more help, but I wish you luck in trying to get a response. I think they used a different company for them.
