That's possibly because this product was added to Ciao in 2003 and the same model is probably no longer on sale. Maybe try contacting Graco and asking them if they still sell the above model. Failing that, searches on eBay or GumTree may yield a result over time. Good luck! ?>
It is this same Graco as the one displayed here. The serial number is L4875G3U. We have lost the instruction book and forgotten how to fold it and unfold it. Is anyone able to help??

There should be a button and safety lever under the tray, push in the button and pull on the lever whilst pushing the tray down and it should lower and collapse. This is also how you adjust the height.
I AM USING THIS WALKER FOR A 3RD CHILD WHICH I BOUGHT 8 YEARS AGO IT IS IN GOOD CONDITION ACCEPT THE SEAT PAD WHICH IS DAMAGED DUE TO WEAR AND TEAR, BUT I DONT WANT TO GO OUT AND BUY ANOTHER WALKER IF THE SEAT PAD IS AVAILABLE. THANKS
