I don't often visit Greggs, only occasionaly do I pop in for the odd sausage roll. I can't help but enlighten those who haven't visited though, and to recommend going in to one of the many shops around. The reason is because they claim they bake the food in traditional ways so there aren't fixed nutritional amounts it varies each time they make/bake. As for hydrogenated fats some of the food contains them like the pasties, cookies to be fair most things but not all.
In future just ask in store because if they don't know off the top of their head they will have the ingredient packets.
