HI, It's very normal for clothes to come out creased, a lot depends on the machine and the type of material of the clothes themselves. You can minimise this by not overloading the machine and by taking things out as soon as the wash has finished and giving them a good shake. Also, if you use a tumble dryer - do the same, don't overload and take out immediately and shake flat and then either fold or hang up.

I solved this problem, by marrying my girlfriend, and buying her an iron! ;-) On a serious note, the problem isn't the temperature, its either the spin speed and/or wash load. Usually creases occur because people spin dry them or load it up too much. Try to avoid this and dry it naturally. If that's not possible do a low spin at the end of the wash, and then dry naturally. Makes a HUGE difference...and worked for me.

Because thats just life, you wear clothes, wash them and then they end up creased, a good iron should sort out any creases. I always wash clothes on a 40degrees, sometimes line dry and sometimes tumble dry, when they come out of the tumble dryer they are less creased than from the line, so if you really hate ironing a tumble dryer is the way to go xx

You will find the majority of machines end up with creases in your clothes, even if you have a crease guard on your machine it only gets rid of the majority of them, how long have you had the machine? I had nothing but problems with this model so highly suggest you get onto hotpoint if you haven't had it long. I owned it for about 3 or 4 months before having it replaced completely after having to call out hotpoint quite a few times to fix it.
