Has anyone seen or heard of any better instruction manual. The oven is great but im a little worried incase I leave the food in too long as it cooks food quicker than an ordinary oven. I cooked ribeye steak yesterday but it was a little bit dry - I left it in for 20min on 190d - maybe this is too long. Any help would be appreciated. regards
