Johnson & Johnson KY Jelly

,my boyfriend has swelling and discomfort after we use KY jelly, is there an alternative?

I would recommend a trip to the GP before trying anything else to avoid an uncomfortable flare up again, your doctor will be able to give you a rough idea what the ingredient in the product is most likely causing this reaction and he will be able to advise on a different product. There maybe an infection however that is causing this reaction aswell so it would be best to seek professional advice.

There are hundreds of other lubricants both water based and oil based out there though you may want to try and find out from your doctor if theres something he's allergic to in ky so you can avoid other lubes with the same ingredients?
