It's not a good idea to copy recipes word for word straight from a book into here. Instead, it's better to use recipes you've liked (from books or magazines etc;) and put your own slant on them. For example, ingredients you've substituted, longer/shorter cooking times, short cuts and things that just didn't work....that sort of thing. I hope that answers your question.
