    being ripped off on my bills

    i recived a bill today of £570 for my electric, they are claiming i have only topped up £20 over 5 months (i have lived here for 7) so am i the only person on the planet that gets free electric or does it cost evreyone £570 for a 7 month period? i live on my own in a one bedroom flat. i have also been charged another £45 for gas as they say i never topped up enough over the same period. can i do anything about this?
