So Sykes constantly has to keep responding to reviews to justify taking people's money?
I find it ironic that they state that they sent a form for insurance purposes but when notified that insurance was not purchased they came back with nothing! At least the other agent that we dealt with managed to refund our money after having re-rented the location but Sykes doesn't offer this and simply says "thanks for the cash now go away!" So in theory they can re-rent the location twice and get paid twice...nice!
