is there anybody who actually got the item??

i have bought a perfume from the web 3 days ago and i just read the review- i am quite in a shock! im wondering if anyone here recieved the item in the end or they never send out the item ever?

Yes, but it wasn't recent. The first time that I ordered from him (it is a one-man outfit) in July 2008, my purchase was delivered promptly. However when I placed a larger order last July I had an experience similar to many of those complaining on this site. I have managed to get my money back, because my second order was over £100, so I could and have claimed it back from my Credit Card issuer under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act.

Not really a question but clarification...

There are two websites out there: theperfumemporium.co.uk (allegedly fraudulent website) and perfumeemporium.com, which is a completely different and genuine website. I think many people are confusing these. My mum bought her perfumes from the .com website and everything was fine!
