Microsoft Kinect for Xbox 360

how much room do i need?

Is there any specific requirements for the amount of space needed to play with this? I dont have much rom in my living room (or any other room in my flat) and dont want to waste money on something i wont even be able to use!

I would suggest at least a living room space at the least. Enough to where you can move around freely. A place you wouldnt want to do it is in a crowded room trust me .

I have 4 on it in a room 5 meters . It is based on my two feet from the bed and it richly staÄí.a kidbox I play it and the nephew. living room will go for sure .

Give yourself at least a 5 foot square (minimum) from the kinect. Personally I'd advise a little bit more. You ideally want to stand 7 foot away I think. If you get too close it can either tell you to move away or get confused. Also I'd advised trying to use it away from items of furniture as you can end up hitting things.

to what i have worked out from mine u can just get away with 5ft even though 6ft is how far its meant to be, mines in a tiny room so its hard for me to play on it, but you can just get away with 5ft, or better yet when your setting up a game see how much of your body is in the shot

Time to get your tape measure out!! According to the manuel Xbox recommend 6-8ft (1.8-2.4m) around you for a single player. i hope this helps!

hello, i use mine in a very small space. all you need is to be able to move around easily. so spin around in you room and see if you hit anything, if you dont then your okay. I hope this helps, rate well :)

A minimum of 6 foot is the suggested amount for one person and 8 foot for two people playing together and this is what I find works best in our living room. Always ensure that you allow for room to move around also as you do not want to be bashing in to furniture as this will significantly reduce your characters movement on Kinect and prevent you from enjoying the games properly.
