    Why do they have such inconvenient opening hours? Mon-Fri 9.15am- 4pm!

    I'm very busy during the week therefore can;t get into the branch. They should at least open 9am-5pm in the week and 9am-12 Noon on a Sat.What do they expect busy people to do? Surely most would change to a more convenient bank i.e. My local NatWest open 9am-6pm in the week and 9am-4pm on a Sat.

    That's not really a question - more of a rant! You either need to move your account to Nat West or complain to Yorkshire Bank about adjusting their opening hours. Try contacting them at http://www.ybonline.co.uk/contact-us/
