I would imagine there is a phone number listed on their site or try the one on the picture against your question looks like 0870 0100 867.

You could try there 'contact us' page (see link) If that does not work try going tin to your local store and making a face to face complaint, it would help if you had some record of when you placed the order and what time it arived as well as a list of the food that was spoiled. Hope this helps.
