How can I substitute my name for my grand daughters who signed into her account on my computer
I would like to chat to my grand daughter but she signed in her account and her name comes up.

Where her name comes up under 'Windows Live ID' when you start up, there's a small arrow on the right. Click that arrow. Then click 'sign in with a different windows live ID' and enter your credentials. Hope this helps...but your question is a little confusing so this answer may be no use.

Hi, If you go to 'file' on the messenger and then click 'sign out' it will sign her out and will then come up with the sign in part so you can then input your details. Hope that's of help to you. Kate

Click "Sign in with a different email address" Or it might say "Sign in with a different windows ID" It all means the same, just click on that and then type in your email address and password. Hope this helps!
