Quinny Buzz

I chose this pram whilst i was pregnant, there were lots of thing that stood out for me, i hope i can help other mums and dads to be make an informed choice!

Where I Purchased Buggy From

I bought this pram from the Glasgow Pram Centre. They promise to beat any price for a like for like product in Scotland. The staff were very friendly and helpful and i only had to give a few weeks notice for ordering the pram. They also kept it in there warehouse for me until my daughter was born was saved on space.
Look and Style

The pram is a fantastic 3 wheeler, the chassis is quite lightweight with and adjustable handle height. The carry cot has a solid body and a strong hood. It comes with a nice mattress which is soft and has a lovely machine washable cover to keep it clean and safe. The carry cot is suitable until your baby is about 6 months old. The second part of the pram is an upright section. This can either face forwards or backwards depending on your baby's age and preferences. The buggy comes with a hood, which has a little lift up flap so you can peek in to see your baby. The seat unit is very soft and comfortable and can recline so that baby can be lying flat while they are sleeping.

Handling

The buggy is a fantastic drive and so easy to manourve. It is a dream getting around busy places on getting on and off public transport. It folds down quite easliy, although mine does seem to stick sometimes while trying to fold it. Unsure if that is with all or just mine. It also unfolds very easily. You just push one little button and it pops open all on it's own!!!
Extras

You can buy several add ons for the pram which can be very handy. The footmuff i bought was £35, very reasonable and it is lovely and fleecy on the inside where baby's skin is, and the outside is sort of a waterproof material - very handy! There is also a shopping basket which you can buy that goes underneath the pram. This was £15 and is very small, i think it really is something you need. But the price of it is a little expensive. I did not buy the Quinny nappy bag as i had already picked one for myself but that was around £40 which is an average price and they do it in colours to match your pram.

Colours

I picked my pram in the 'Gold' colour option. This was from the 2008 range. It's a lovely yellow and brown colour. The carry cot was brown with a yellow lining and the seat unit is all yellow. They now have lovely colours for 2009. Lots of pale colours that would be suitable for boys and girls.
price

I paid £434 for my pram, including the seat unit and carry cot. The shopping basket and the foot muff. This was a great price and i am very happy with it.

I have been very happy with this pram and if and when i have another baby i will be buying another pram from the quinny range. I would really advise anyone who is thinking about choosing their pram to give this one a try. It is handy and lightweight, good value for money and a dream to drive!!!!
