Kingston: The Daddy of the RAM world!
Review of Kingston ValueRAM DRAM 1 GB PC2-4200 by

Advantages: Great performance, easy installation, good price.
Disadvantages: None so far!
...per usual, when you buy Kingston RAM you can be sure you're going to get a quality product.
Just because this is labelled as "ValueRam", be assured that your expectations need not drop. The performance boost very noticeable, and the RAM itself is very easy to install. These beauties are specifically designed with the whitebox user in mind!
When I first bought it, as soon as I put it in the speed increase was instantly noticeable. I'd been having ... ...games I'd play were a little sluggish, but the RAM sorted that out. It might not seem like much of an issue to people who don't game as much, but to us it really is one!
But yeah, wether it's for gaming, or even just a boost for your general PC performance, then this is definately the way to go. And at the price too, it does compete easily with all it's competitors. ...

Advantages: Backed by a lifetime warranty from kingston and is 100% tested
Disadvantages: Errors detected
ValueRAM is Kingston's high-quality line of 'by spec' generic memory designed with the price conscious system builder, assembler and white box markets in mind. Iinstalling the ram was very easy, after i installed it, it appeared to work ok, but after running memtest I found it had an error.....
After running Memtest it came up with error, after error, when the RAM was installed. Most of the time I didn't get that far thanks to blue screen errors. ... ...removed. I then tried the ram in a freinds computer. It was very stable, and quick enough for most applications
i think the problem was based on the age of my computer as my computer is around 3-4 years old, and my friend got his last christmas.
i ended up selling the ram to my friend, but he agrees that it is very fast and stable.
I would recomend this to any one with a computer that isnt to old, but there are many other RAM that will work on ...

Review of Kingston ValueRAM DRAM 512 MB PC1600 by

Advantages: good price and value. Good brand
Disadvantages: Not the fastest around.
Here you have the Kingston ValueRAM DRAM 512 MB PC2100 (266mhz). Kingston has always been known to by many to be very good, reliable RAM being delivered to you at low costs which is excellent. I have used Kingston many times and never experienced any problems what-so-ever. You can purchase this stick for around 35£ from a place such as ebuyer. It just shows that it is kind of outdated as it has dropped from the 65£ or so it was when it was originally ... ...you are a gamer as Kingston offers a bit more than 266MHZ (the speed it is rated for) in some of its newer sticks. I do say that this is good for a computer that is used for simple day to day tasks such as word processing. It is great for use in the office. That is where I have mine installed. Installation is a breeze: Just follow the step by step picture instructions included with the product. If you run into any trouble then use their online site ...
