Most people only have heatsinks on their CPU and graphics card (if they are luckey on their Hard Disk Drive too) and maybe 1 fan in the case somewere, but if you want to keep your case cooler (and in doing so make everything run smoother) then its a good idea to have more a heatsink of the RAM because every degree can make all the difference in a computer.
