Advantages Really works at toning muscles, great incentive to exercise
Disadvantages sticky pads not sticky enough, intensity control too sensitive, can cause bruising

This is a great product and really works, however there are some serious flaws that the potential buyers needs to be aware of. The first flaw is that the sticky pads are not very sticky at all and only work for one use before just failing to adhere to the arms. The instructions suggest wetting the pads with water and this does indeed make them a little more sticky, but not enough to stick to my arms for more than a few seconds. I have found a way around this as I own a Rio Slim Gym, that comes with adjustable straps, so I simply use 2 straps on a tight setting to secure the pads in place and ... more
