    Disadvantages Disadvantages Kinsey Millhone sidelined!

    As Sue Grafton fans know, her Kinsey Millhone ‘Alphabet’ series is hugely popular. Starting with A is for Alibi in 1985, I have read every one and enjoyed them all, some more than others. There is no real need to start at the letter A, although things happen in Kinsey’s private life which spill over into subsequent books, there is always a little précis to get the reader up to speed. I think I started with ‘H is for Homicide’, enjoyed it immensely and got the earlier books from the series from the library. Mystery/Crime stories written by women come in all forms.
