.... O.K. price. Well I paid £98.27 plus a delivery charge. That is rather amusing as the company sent the unit to me by a courier in a car. I received the unit before I received the e-mail telling me it was being sent. Operation. As stated this drive is very quiet and it is fast. It holds a great deal of data and I can find any photo fast. I have got them all sorted by types in a filing system but the whole thing works excellently. Since I installed this drive I have had no problems with slow starting in the mornings or the annoying stop error that used to plague me. Somewhere in 75Gbs was a corrupt file. Perhaps it found it when all the data was transferred and corrected it. I do not know but I have had no failures since installing this. Recommendation. If you want a good backup or other storage solution you could not go wrong... Read review

...Time was when you could backup all of your important files on a blank CD or DVD, but with the advent of digital cameras and iPods in recent years the files stored on our computers have grown in size to such an extent that using blank disks really isn't a practical solution. Around a year ago I had the misfortune to have a computer breakdown, what made this event so catastrophic was that I had not backed up any of my files for quite some time. ...My experience with this product was i needed a solution to share my AOL connection, and rather than upgrading my AOL package and paying more, all to get the down-grade of this router which cant share music, files, etc. I decided to buy this, after spending a whole day adding all the AOL coding into the settings of the ADSL router i finally finished and have a great network, and all im paying is £14.99 a month with AOL. My network diagram is now as follows: Laptop and desktop computer have wireless lan, so they are connection to the router wirelessly. I have my router next to the printer, the printer ( HP PHOTOSMART 2575 ) is linked by an ethernet cable into the a port in the back of the router.
