Disadvantages: False Sense of Secuity - Picks up everthing EXCEPT Speed Detectors

...did not detect them. So Snooper telling me that they couldn't have been pointing it at me is just wrong!! I sent the whole lot back to them just before Christmas and it has now been returned to me. They say there is nothing wrong with the laser and they have changed the phone number in the unit. Poor effort at a great idea

Advantages: Great in theory, looks 'gadgety'
Disadvantages: Unreliable warnings

I bought this device because it seemed to be a cheap, yet well-featured radar detector - it is cheap, but it isn't what I would call a radar detector. It seems to me that it detects anything that emits any sort of electronic interference whatever. Could save the licence?

Advantages: Detects fixed camera locations and hand held laser.
Disadvantages: Doesnt detect mobile cameras or hand held radar.

Advantages: Advance warning of speed cameras
Disadvantages: Annoying false alarms within city areas
