Anti-Inflammatory Ibuprofen Gel to the rescue
Advantages: Instant Relief, easy to apply Disadvantages: none found
I have always been sceptical of these fast relief medical treatments until I actually had no choice but to try one. A knee injury (which later turned out to be torn ligaments and cartiledge) left me in total agony for virtually 24 hours a day. I was in so much pain that I was awake most of the night. I was bought some of this ibuprofen gel by the wife who had had to suffer the sleepless nights with me. With contempt, I rubbed the recommended 10cm ... ...last for about 10 minutes. I was amazed therefore when, almost instantly the gel got to work and started easing the pain in my knee. I was able to get more movement out of the knee, though the pain hadnt gone away completely. By applying the gel every 4 hours or so, I was able to get through the day and night a lot easier. Anybody who thinks that buying this gel will make them pain free will probably be disappointed but it certainly made my life ... more

I was amazed therefore when, almost instantly the gel got to work and started easing the pain in my knee. I was able to get more movement out of the knee, though the pain hadnt gone away completely. By applying the gel every 4 hours or so, I was able to get through the day and night a lot easier. Anybody who thinks that buying this gel will make them pain free will probably be disappointed but it certainly made my life a whole lot easier until I eventually had to have an operation. I would certainly recommend this product. A tube lasted me about a week applying 10cm, 3 or 4 times a day.
