***WHAT CAN IT BE USED FOR?***
Radian B Muscle Lotion can be used for the relief of muscular and rheumatic aches and pains, including:
muscle stiffness sprained ligaments fibrositis lumbago (mid and lower back pain) bruises strains sciatica (lower back and hips, back of thigh and legs) leg pains sporting injuries
***DIRECTIONS FOR USE***
Sprinkle onto affected area, smooth and massage in, repeat after 15 mins if needed. Repeat upto 3 times a day, reducing to mornings and evenings, as symptoms improve. Wash hands thoroughly after use.
***CAUTION***
Not to be used on children under 12 years old. Keep away from eyes and other sensitive areas. Not to be used during pregnancy. Not to be used during breastfeeding. The product is flammable, keep away from naked flame. Store below 25°C. This product is for external use only. Avoid contact with broken or inflamed skin. If accidental contact is made rinse with cold water. If itching or irritation occurs discontinue use. Use sparingly on tender skin. Do not cover immediately after application. Seek medical advice if symptoms persist, despite treatment.

The muscle lotion gives a pleasant (in my opion) warming sensation to where it is applied, and causes redness which shows you it's doing a good little job.
