Advantages: Easy to use, install and transfer data. Disadvantages: Don't take all the screws out at once otherwise it falls apart.
For those of you that don't know, an ICYBOX is a case that you put an internal hardrive in and it becomes an external harddrive. I ordered mine from amazon after my computer burnt out and no other computer that I had would read my sata harddrives, in desperation I ordered an ICYBOX off the internet with next day delivery.
It arrived in the post the next day, in the box there was the aluminium ICYBOX case, a stand, screws (various), power adaptor, CD, Manual, USB cable (B-A Type)(Connects with practically all computers), a double ended sata cable and a Sata component that can be put in the back of a PC to plug a sata cable into.

I bought the ICY BOUGHT to install a 250 GB Maxtor hard disk I bought to act as extra storage space for my laptop, whose 100 GB had filled up quickly with a growing collection of media files. The plug and play nature also lets me transfer large files between PCs and my laptop if needed.
