Thanks to these facts, I'm managing to struggle through the boo, although I must add that I'm a complete novice programmer with my previous experience being mostly limited to HTML. Basically it explains things a lot more clearly ... ...a bigger help, so I actually know why things are happening, rather than just how to make them happen.
This book is a must for anyone wanting to learn the language, although it doesn't do a lot on Web Programming using CGI - only the last chapter caters for that.
