Quickly whipping on my trousers and shirt (to hide my modesty) I was greated by two immaculaly dressed men in Aga boiler suites, ties and VERY shiny shoes (stelle toecaps?)!!
Two minutes later the very polite gentlemen had placed (please note - never dragged) the oven in our dinning room ready for installation. One of the gentlemen discussed helpdesk numbers with my partner and then smartishly left.
Installation
The installation was as easy as easy could be. If you could not follow the instructions then you should not be installing it, get someone who knows what they are doing! (GAS and Electric kills!) All parts were supplied for LPG, all connection hoses where there. All brass handles were covered by clingy (easy to remove) plastic. Everything was perfect. When I moved into my new house (a new build on a new development) the kitchen came with the impressive kitchen beast that I like to call the Rangemaster90 (when I say came free I mean didn't have to pay extra on top of the extortionist price we had to pay for the house).
Anyway, I was very impressed by this little fact and that almost sold the house to me then and there, but not quite. If you have to buy them I believe they are in the region of £1,500 but in my opinion well, well worth it if you can afford it.
Anyway, I can tell you, I am the envy of all my friends now whenever they come over as after 2 years they still mention the oven as the first thing they do when they walk in the kitchen.

- it turned out it was accurate temperature-wise but slower than the oven I had before. The second call out was because the slim oven door fell off its hinges when the oven was on! Deeply concerning. To give them their due, Rangemaster were very apologetic about this and it was fixed promptly, but this is really unacceptable.
So yes, a good cooker, but not without issues to my mind! ...
