A small plumbing problem

I listed the job for plumber to fix a leak and poor siphoning of a toilet in the Taunton area on 23rd May, 2011. Rated people informed me that I'll be contacted by two plumbers , listing their details and profile. Within few hours, I was contacted by the two plumbers, by emails and phone. Both plumbers quoted a price over the phone. We opted for Parkway plumbing and heating and Mr Neil Threlfall quoted for the job on the phone. He subsequently attended the job the following day and fixed it to our satisfaction.
I am very satisfied with the excellent service received. Mr Threlfall was good in explaining the best way to deal with the problem if recurring. His advice was sound and we intend to follow it up.
