Creating Raving Fans - Simple to Understand but Hard to Do

Advantages: Quick and Easy Read. Simple Concepts. Well Written.
Disadvantages: Slightly corny. US Perspective may put of fsome readers.

...message and the fact that it is so often overlooked. That’s why this excellent book resides on my desk at work – because I want to ensure that, my customers, like my Dad’s are raving fans.
