gillette fusion razor blades
Review of Gillette Fusion Manual Blades by
samgaz
Advantages: close shave the first time you use it
Disadvantages: dont last that long, overpriced
...not that good. tried the gillette fusion well at first when you put a new blade in shaves really close and your legs feel nice and smooth. there is a colour strip which when it comes off you know the blade it blunt. well after a few times the blade starts to wear out very quickly i would have thought since it has 5 closely spaced blades that it would not only shave closely all the time the blade would last a quite along time. being the price it is ...

a great shave
Review of Gillette Mach 3 Razor by
giksy21
Advantages: easy to use ,cheap
Disadvantages: none
This is a great razor. The look of it is very modern and fresh. the razor has three blades which are designed to lessen pressure on the face and therfor reduce the likelyhood of you cutting yourself. This combined with the swivel head mean that you get a close shave, though there is a reduced chance of you cutting yourself.
this product can be combined with others in the gillets range for example the shaving gel, to lessen further the chances, whilst ...

Bronze not Gold
Review of Gillette Fusion Power Razor by
donf18
Advantages: It gives a decent shave
Disadvantages: Well over-priced and hyped
...first attracted me to the Gillette Fusion, that along with the fact that ASDA had the Razor and The hydro gel on offer for £4. Since the outlay for replacement blades for three blade and Quattro type razors is usually in that vicinity I thought what the heck I'll give it a try.
The difference between the Fusion and normal four blade systems is the addition of a fifth blade which is situated on the top of the razor and is isolated from the other ... ...as above the moustache , a single blade is far more suitable and can negotiate the small area better and more comfortably than the quite wide width of the four blade section. This is definitely an advantage over a normal multi bladed system. The inclusion of the rather gimmicky vibration system may in certain circumstances enhance the experience, and perhaps even the quality of the actual shave, but for me it is really not much more than a gimmick. ...

No mission impossible !!!
Review of Gillette Sensor Excel Razor for Women by
nataliegg
Advantages: Very fast hair removal
Disadvantages: stubbly legs 2 days later
...to do??? ***
Grab your Gillette Sensor Excell for women and some gorgeous Satin care razor gel (or equivalent)and get shaving!
***The razor is easy to spot:***
Nice wide turquoise handle, with rubber gripping, so you don't slip (easily done if you have nothing to hold onto)
The blades are un-guarded and have a lubricated strip, which to be honest doesn't do that much!
You are left with a very close shave- i prefer the un-guarded blades, however ... ...very careful!
The blades last quite long- i would say about 8-10 uses, perhaps more if you take care of your razor!
The replacement blades can be bought almost anywhere, and cost roughly £5 for 5 blades or £8 for 10.
I would thoroughly recommend buying them if you are on the european continent, as they are about 1/3 of the price!
The razor itself is about £ 3.99 to £5.99 depending on special offers (Tip: now the venus razor has come onto the ...

A smooth, close shave at a price
Review of Gillette Fusion Manual Razor by
larsbaby
Advantages: Very smooth and close shave
Disadvantages: Not good for irregular shavers or faces, expensive
...favoured weapon of choice; the Gillette Blue II Slalom. Unfortunately, in The Netherlands this isn't available, only the cheese grating Blue II fixed, and so I am pushed towards trying what is in the shops. The Gillette Fusion razor has been advertised amid much hoo ha and so I thought I'd give it a whirl. Here are the results.
THE RAZOR
When I first got the razor I felt like Luke Skywalker with his first lightsabre, as I've only ever used ... ...and it's closer than the Gillette Blue II Slalom I would usually use. It's probably right up there with the closest and smoothest shaves I've ever had. But the Blue II is much gentler at digging into my stubble at funny angles and starting at any point on my face, which is more to my requirement. One thing that I noticed was that it was particularly good at shaving on my chin, which is usually problematic and not particularly smooth, but thanks to ...
