a true bench mark for online shopping! these guys did a great job.. ordered a dishwasher from their (pretty amazing) selection got a call 5 minutes later to say it was in stock and could they deliver tommorow..that was perfect for me..the next day came and i was given a call 1/2 hour before they arrived (as requested) would recomend AEG too! ...

Advantages: Wide selection and unlike many suppliers RDO held stock
Disadvantages: None obvious to me on my one experience
