I bought this razor in Boots. It was the cheapest from a variety of Remingtons and Philips razors. I was not sure which one to buy so I just opted for the cheapest. It cost £39 but there was £5 off offer on at the time. The last electricrazor I had I got for my 21st Birthday. It lasted 14 years. I must admit I was never very impressed with it and it did not ever give a full days shave ( but it was hand to have).
The Philips 6600 has totally changed my mind about electricrazors.
