Tasty but not too filling

Advantages: Good consistency, easy to make, no stirring needed during cooking, tasty
Disadvantages: Not too filling, a bit pricey

I have recently lost a couple of stone and while I'm about the size I want to be, obviously I don't want to undo my hard work and as such am continuing to watch what I eat. When I was dieting, I discovered Weight Watchers' wide range of microwave meals, and have to say I'm fairly impressed. This risotto has to be my favourite. Advantages: Tasty, No preparation needed, Low fat
