Im a fitness instructor and work for a gym in kent (www.peakphysique.com) and i believe that there are healthy natural ways to lose weight and fast! cutting out carbs altogether?? Thats really not the healthiest way to do it. Please look at our website and see what success we have had from out healthy eating plans. well done on keeping the weight off though
