How to activate the system so I can copy files into it's memory. Question about Telefunken Digital Photo Frame 8" by Pargyris

The Telefunken Freme was working fine with some 4000 pictures that I had copied. When I tried to delete these 4000, and I did succesfully, I cannot copy new ones as the system does not work. Could it be that with the delete the whole system was deleted? What can I do to correct it?
