Since computer games have become so popular do you think children are reading less for pleasure?
by

The idea that children are overall reading less because they're choosing a different educational tool doesn't necessarily mean that games on devices stop children from reading. Games offer children a different skills set, which in inadvertently includes reading.

I am beginning to wonder exactly to which 'church' Ciao are referring in their topic here.
Question about
The Catholic Church has again been the centre of abuse claims from around the world. Are these isolated cases or is there a deeper problem within the church?
by
jesi
The Roman Catholic Church (also known as 'The Vatican' & adherents to the authority of 'The Pope' whose abode IS Vatican City) is now being brought to account for the abuse of children (mainly young boys) and young women (as in the Magdalen Laundries in Ireland, Canada and elsewhere) ... The 'Catholic' (or 'Universal') Church is a much different thing, however, as is 'the church' ... being those serving the cause of Christ Jesus here on earth. :>
