I only recieved a confimation email when I sent my application. I am now back at university so I am no longer able to apply. I have two children and so we just had the child tax credit to live on. I assumed it wasn't a successful application but I have been advised that this isn't the case and that i should complain.

I am applying for a position as an au-pair, I will start a Psychology Course in October at Aston and the family I will be working for asked me to stay at home for 2 full days during the week. I saw some recent timetables and I noticed that there was at least 1 free day during the week (Friday) and another one with only 1-2 lectures/tutorials. Would it be possible to attend a tutorial at another time with another group of students same professor?

n how much better grades i need to get a scholarship i have the brains n grades buh my family lacks cash n will not be able my fees i will require more than 50% scholarship otherwise i will have to study in pak is this much of scholarship possible in oxford uni . i do intend to give f.maths , world history , law n possibly business studies too in june 2011

i hav 2 As level A grades in phy (94) n chem (93) n Alevel A in maths(89) n B in eco(79) in my Aslevel n intend to give f.mathz , law n world history in my a2 along with phy n chem A2 level papers. r these grades gud enough to get gud scholarships n of what value because i have the grades n brains but my family cant afford to pay 4 my fees not even half of them .

Hi, I have read your blogs and you often mention the heavy work load. Would 50 hours a week be a likely estimate of the time needed. ( This is the general amount of time based on a full time degree for a student in New Zealand). I have mentioned this figure to several people studying various degrees from BA's to Law and all say that it is on the high side. Your views would be very helpful. Thanks Sarah
