Would you buy this instead of this on the Blow Dry Collection on the Argos Website? Question about Tresemme 5543U by BrookieFan99

Hi there, I was wondering if this would be a better buy than the TRESemme Blow Dry Collection. The difference is, that with this, you get 3 combined heat / speed settings + a seperate cool shot, but with the one in the Blow Dry Collection, it has a cool setting, + 2 combined heat / speed settings. i have this straightener & it came with no instructions,i've had it 4 awhile & it has turned on.It has a funny symbol next to the minus button,which i presume is the on/off button.it has worked before but for some reason i can't get it to turn back on again,as i think i turned it off automatically,it isn't in the locking position.it has happened before as not turning on,but it did turn back on,any help would be greatly appreciated.
