I used the machine for the first time - mis stayed liquid and did not change - why? Question about Kenwood IM250 1 Litre Dessert & ICE Cream by rararuru

Bought machine - got very excited - next morning froze its container - made mix - put mix in machine - 1 1/2 hrs working - mix stays liquid
