I had to withdraw from my ba tourism in march 2001 due to a nervous breakdown, which i didn't know at the time. saas contacted my wife to set up a dd to start repaying my loan. i didn't know about it until 11/02/10 when i recieved a letter informing me there had been an 'overpayment'. i telephoned saas and asked for details of my loan and after almost 20 minutes they clained they will 'send it out'. we'ill see. any advice/info would be welcome.
